Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Programming Team as Assistant Exhibitions Curator.
You will work closely with the Curator to realise all aspects of the exhibition from research to installation, presentation and interpretation, supporting the live programme, and getting involved with press and publicity. You will also provide administrative support; organising meetings, drafting correspondence and dealing with general exhibition enquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience of working within a curatorial department or producing independent arts projects.
- Writing interpretive texts around exhibitions and related programmes and working with artists in a variety of ways, from installations and objects to interdisciplinary research, performance and live events.
- Excellent administration, research and project management skills.
