Sinem Reynolds

British, b.1997

Sinem is a London based multimedia artist who explores and challenges our perceptions of agency, collective consciousness and healing through painting.

BIOGRAPHY

Infusing Hackney Wick’s street art with her dream-like visions. An eclectic mix of graffiti and acrylic paint that demands your attention using impulsive and broad brushstrokes to create alien creatures. Grappling with the idea of fluidity with dysfunctional sculpted forms. Harsh lines where ‘modern expressionism meets surrealism’.

Sinem offers a space for viewers to transport to dystopian worlds. Manifesting a portal to reflect on the challenges we face in society. From climate change to classism, she uses fantasy form to highlight these absurdities and our collective disdain toward them.

“A thought provoking artist with a surreal mind”
